I am an Associate Professor of Economics in the School of Public Policy at Oregon State University. My research focuses on using micro-econometric methods to estimate the impacts of policies such as education, credit, and health interventions. I also study behavioral biases in decision-making and political media and communication.

I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from Georgetown University, an M.Sc. in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from the London School of Economics, and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Yale University.
